Optical Hours

Optical is open during normal business hours of the Clay Eye Center. In addition, we have extended optical hours on Tuesday until 6 pm.


Anyone can purchase eyewear at our optical. While we have many relationships with insurers, we do not participate directly with VSP or EyeMed. Nonetheless, we can help you find if there may be out of network coverage for your particular provider. Talk with our optician and we will do our best to help you.

And, take advantage of our specialty glasses including sunglasses, sports glasses, computer eyewear, work safety glasses, motorcycle glasses and swimming goggles. All available in prescription or non-prescription lenses.

We provide the most extensive eyewear warranty in Syracuse:
- All frames are warrantied for two full years.
- Standard lenses have a scratch warranty for one year.
- Lenses with the advanced Crizal upgrade have a scratch warranty for two full years.
